**About Us**:
Bubble Bee Export House is a dynamic and innovative women's wear apparel brand known for our commitment to quality, style, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores and boutiques to promote our product range.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set for the territory.

2. **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on market trends and customer preferences.

3. **Customer Engagement and Support**:

- Offer exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct product training and presentations to retail staff and clients.

4. **Reporting and Administration**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage and update client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and coordinate sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in the fashion/apparel industry, preferably in women's wear.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and customer buying behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory regularly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
