**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Execution**
- Execute sales target through regular visit to detailing studios
- Acquire new detailers in the region, find detailers respective to various brands
- Ensure sales of diverse product mix
- Promote and demonstrate products, ensuring that partners are knowledgeable about offerings

**Sales Strategy**
- Create and implement territory sales plans aligned with company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trade clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Rebuild relationship and value add to detailers who are not purchasing with us from some time
- Provide training and support to trade partners on product features and benefits
- Assist partners in developing effective merchandising and promotional strategies

**Market Analysis**
- Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and competitive positioning
- Identify latest trends in the region and offers that the competition is pushing
- Gather feedback from trade partners to inform product development and marketing strategies

**Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, visits to detailers, customer interactions
- Track sales performance against targets, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities and market trends

**Training and Support**
- Provide training and support to trade partners on product features and benefits
- Assist partners in developing effective merchandising and promotional strategies

**Job Specification**:

- Experience of working with trade
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good at negotiations
- Analytical and logic driven
- Openness to travel, 18-20 days of traveling
- Interest in detailing
- Constant learner
- Problem solving

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
