  • Ensure BR standard operating processes are followed and maintained.
  • Keep continuous track of the performance of existing outlets of Baskin Robbins in assigned cluster.
  • Regularly meet with franchisees in the territory / area to discuss and resolve issues related to parlor management and
  • Monitor the moves of close competitors, following up & generating report for the territory
  • Train crew members on BR standards of service and guidelines and regular monitor whether being followed
  • Motivate and support crew member to encourage retention of the manpower
  • Enable and facilitate growth and development of the crew member
  • Execution of Local Store Marketing Activities Find ways and means of enhancing parlor sales and look at additional avenues of income generation for the company.
  • Be a co-ordination point / mediator between the franchisee and the distributor.
  • Generate / source reports / MIS from Distributor and Franchisees end.
  • Be a co-ordination point between the Franchisee and the company.
  • Manage customer complaints product inputs and resolve them with approval of Regional Manager
  • Manage relationships with the distributor
  • Check and supervise the functioning of the POS of the parlors

  • Conduct weekly ROR audits in the BR parlors to ensure maintenance of: ,

  • Statutory compliances

  • Integrity of BR Brand standards
  • Retail Food Safety Standards
