Position- CRM Executive/ Senior CRM Executive
Role Overview:
The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships, ensuring smooth handholding of customers from booking to possession, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive communication and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle post-booking for residential/commercial projects.
• Handle customer queries related to payments, agreements, registration, possession, and other post-sales processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Facilities — to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately and timely.
• Ensure timely demand generation and payment collection from customers.
• Support handover process and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Drive customer engagement, feedback collection, and satisfaction improvement initiatives.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in CRM / Post Sales within the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities o Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.
