With a strong presence in both online and offline markets, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our on-ground retail and distribution network.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute daily field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads, expand the customer base, and increase product penetration.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail stores.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for order processing, scheme implementation, and promotional activities.
- Collect and report competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve order-related issues.
**Key Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of **field sales experience** in the **FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Personal Care** industry.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and market coverage.
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Experience in launching new products is a plus
