**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assisting senior members of the team in managing client relationships across Issuers and Investors and subsequently transitioning into independently managing these.
- Origination of bond fund raise mandates from potential borrowers. These would include plain vanilla mandates as well as structured/high yield/bespoke transactions
- Assisting and learning structuring of transactions basis client requirements
- Assisting in execution of such mandates, including negotiation of term sheet, designing covenants, interaction with law firms etc. Keeping abreast of new transaction structures in the market and suitably adapting them to transactions being managed by the team
