Exciting Career Opportunity – Capital Markets Lawyer | Tier 1 Law Firm

Role Highlights:

  • Capital Market Transactions: Advise on domestic and international capital markets deals, including IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, preferential allotments, buybacks, and debt issuances.
