AVP/ Vice President Debt Syndication in the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in debt syndication, fund-raising, project finance and structured financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead debt syndication transactions, including structuring and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
  • Originate and execute deals in corporate and structured finance.
  • Negotiate and close funding agreements with lenders.
  • Conduct credit analysis and due diligence.
