Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Debt Syndication: Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including preparing,
presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
 Liaisoning: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial
institutions to facilitate loan approvals.
 Documentation: Ensure thorough preparation, review, and submission of loan
documentation, ensuring compliance with all banking and regulatory requirements.
 Market Insights: Stay updated on financial products, interest rate trends, and lending
policies to provide strategic advice on borrowing strategies.
 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary financial data,
projections, and other documents required for loan proposals.
 Network Expansion: Continuously expand the network of banking relationships to access
diverse financing options.
Qualifications and Experience:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or
banking.
 Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and liaising with banks and financial
institutions.
 In-depth knowledge of loan structures, financial documentation, and compliance
requirements.
 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent analytical and financial modelling abilities.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 A robust network of contacts within the banking and financial services industry.
