**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls** in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and outcomes using the company’s support tools.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-oriented service.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Prior experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or support platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
