We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Service Representative
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical concerns to ensure mínimal disruption to customer operations.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s support tools.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-driven service.
- Perform follow-ups to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi.**:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support platforms is a plus.
