**Working : Monday to Saturday**
**Time: 10am to 7pm**
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. You will play a key role in engaging with customers, answering their queries, and converting leads into sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential clients.
- Provide information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Pay: ₹10,436.84 - ₹33,434.45 per month
