We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Service Coordinators you will manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities:
- To assist and co-ordinate with the sales team in internal order processing.
- Efficiently responding and handling any online or telephone queries in a professional manner.
- Co-ordinating for post service activities like delivery confirmation, engineer planning, installation scheduling, Complaint calls, Replacements or any other service call.
- Day to day reporting to service head for all cases.
- Track and manage service orders, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have necessary resources and information.
- Manage and prioritize workflows to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Coordinate service requests from customers, including scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up.
**Requirements**:
- Any degree (UG /PG)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, service coordination or customer support role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
