**Job description**

**Position**: Customer Support Associate

**Key role**:
**Customer Support Associate **must be able to quickly assess the situation at hand and determine the best course of action to take. They may need to research product details or company policies in order to provide accurate information and resolve any issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent customer service experience to all customers, handling inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Update customer accounts as needed, maintaining accurate records
- Assist with website maintenance, including product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor website traffic and analytics, reporting any issues or concerns to management
- Proactively resolve customer issues, taking ownership of the customer experience

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid interpersonal skills which mainly include conflict handling, confidence, active listening, empathy, team work, positive and polite attitude and problem solving.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Experience: Freshers are also welcome.
