**Hiring: Customer Support Associate - International Voice & Backend Process (Pune - Kharadi)**

We are currently hiring **Customer Support Associates** for our **International Voice and Backend Process** at our **Kharadi, Pune** location.

**Job Details**:

- **Position**: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
- **Process**: International Voice & Backend
- **Location**: Pune - Karadi
- **Work Timings**: Night shifts only
- **Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in International Outbound Customer Support
- **Qualification**: Graduate (mandatory)
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are a must

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹4.5 LPA - ₹6.5 LPA (Based on experience)
- **Night Shift Allowance (NSA)**:

- **Company-Provided Cab Facility & Meals**

**Interview Process**:

- **1st Round**: Virtual
- **Final Round**: In-office (Karadi, Pune)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
