Join our international customer support team As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll handle voice and chat inquiries from customers worldwide, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction. - Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support via voice and chat.
- Work effectively within 24/7 rotational shifts to meet customer needs.
- Utilize resources to troubleshoot and address issues accurately.
