Position : Customer Support Associate

Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product/service queries, complaints, and support requests.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and systems.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
Keep records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Freshers welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use customer support software or CRM tools.
Active listening skills and a calm, empathetic approach to customer handling.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Minimum qualification: Graduate with strong communication skills. (Bachelors in Agriculture)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
