**About the Role**:
Are you confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping people make informed decisions? Join our dynamic team as a **Customer Success Associate** and play a key role in promoting **Health, Motor, and Life Insurance** products to potential clients

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of **telesales experience** (insurance preferred)
- Strong **verbal & written English communication** skills
- Excellent **interpersonal & objection-handling abilities**:

- Self-driven and **target-oriented** mindset
- Basic computer knowledge; **CRM experience** is a plus
- **Bachelor’s degree** is mandatory
- **IRDAI certification** preferred (we provide training)
