We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Success Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and success with our products/services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success.
- Provide product guidance, training, and support to help customers achieve their goals.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption trends, and proactively address issues.
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to enhance the customer experience.
- Collect feedback and contribute ideas for improving products/services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Sales, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer success metrics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
