We are hiring **Customer Success Associates** for a leading domestic insurance process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer engagement and have a knack for consultative selling. If you have excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact and advise interested leads on appropriate insurance products via outbound calls.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Meet daily and monthly targets as defined by the team.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (both verbal and written).
- No **MTI** (Mother Tongue Influence), **RTI** (Regional Tongue Influence), grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from any stream.
- Preferred: Prior **insurance experience** and **sales acumen**.

**Salary**:

- **Freshers**: Up to ₹25,000 CTC

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
