We are hiring **Customer Success Associates** to connect with interested leads and help them choose the right insurance products. This is a **domestic, outbound voice process** role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and assist potential customers with insurance product details
- Explain benefits and help them choose the right plan
- Maintain excellent communication and service quality

**Requirements**:

- Good communication in **English and Hindi**:

- No MTI/RTI or grammar/pronunciation errors
- **Graduate** from any stream

**Interview Rounds**:

- HR Round
- Versant (English test)
- Written Assessment
- Operations Round
- Client Round (Final)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
