**Job Summary**:
India’s leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic customer support team. The Customer Support Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
### **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with the website or mobile app.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect and report customer feedback and trends to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
### **Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
