**Position**: Customer Support Associate - International Voice Process

- **Salary**:

- 6-11M Experience: 3.97 LPA
- 1 YR-17 M Experience: 4.46 LPA
- 18 M+ Experience: 4.92 LPA
- **Working Days**: 5 days per week
- **Weekly Off**: 2 days rotational off
- **Shift**: Rotational shifts (day and night shifts based on schedule)
- **Transportation**: Two-way cab facility provided

**Interview Process**:

- **HR Round** - Basic screening and company introduction
- **Operations Round** (OPS) - Assessing role suitability and understanding the role responsibilities
- **Versant Test** - Language and communication skills assessment

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Required Experience**: At least 6Mnths of experience in International Customer Support (Voice)
- **Academics**: Graduates and Undergraduates
- **Age Limit**: 40 Yrs
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Customer-oriented mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹397,000.00 - ₹492,000.00 per year
