**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and Generate Leads**: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales, and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- **Willingness to Work in a Startup Environment**: Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- **Tools and Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with sales automation tools
- Knowledge of lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LeadsGorilla
- Understanding of organic reach and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
