As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with teams and external agencies. You will act as a liaison between the Director and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Calendar Management**: Handle scheduling, anticipate conflicts, and make necessary adjustments.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all materials are ready.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Information Management**: Maintain and organize confidential files, ensuring the executive has all necessary documents.
- **Relationship Management**: Act as a liaison, maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- **Expense Management**: Process expenses and prepare reports.
- **Special Projects**: Assist with ad-hoc tasks, research, and process improvement.
Job Requirements:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably as an executive or director assistant.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, time management, communication skills, and proficiency in office productivity tools.
- **Attributes**: Attention to detail, discretion, ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
