
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Draft, review, and respond to correspondences on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and proposals.
- Conduct research related to projects, industry trends, and competition.
- Organize and manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests and communications for the CEO.
- Facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings and leadership events.
- Implement efficient office processes and systems to improve productivity.
- Assist with personal tasks as required by the CEO.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and strategies.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Capacity for maintaining confidentiality and exercising sensitivity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Knowledge of business operations and terminology.
- Certification in administration or project management is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
