Executive Assistant to CEO

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
**Administrative Management**:
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups from meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
**Strategic Coordination**:
- Represent the CEO in meetings when required and summarize key takeaways.
- Liaise with senior executives, board members, and key partners.
**Confidentiality & Efficiency**:
- Handle sensitive business and personal matters with professionalism.
- Maintain records, files, and databases with confidentiality.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance executive productivity.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
