**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly organized and proactive Admin & Executive Assistant to support the Principal & Admin Team in daily operations, communication, documentation and administrative tasks.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Principal.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and event schedules.
- Oversee school records, office administration, and compliance, in collaboration with the Admin Team.
- Assist in event planning, travel arrangements, and visitor management.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in administration or executive assistance is a must, preferably in Education sector.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Schedule:
