As a Product Expert - Inside Sales, you will connect with customers through calls and online product demos, manage the customer onboarding journey, and track all sales activities. You will play a key role in converting leads into active customers and sharing insights to improve our offerings.
**What You Will Do**:
- Conduct engaging online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailored to customer requirements and addressing their questions
- Make inbound and follow-up calls to identify potential customers and nurture leads through consistent engagement
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring customers transition smoothly from signup to active usage
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions in CRM tools
- Share insights into customer preferences and market trends to support sales and marketing strategies
- Report suggestions and feedback from customers for continuous improvement of the product and processes
**What We Are Expecting**:
- Internship or 6+ months of experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in conducting live product demonstrations to diverse audiences
- Good organizational skills to manage follow-ups and record-keeping
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve targets
