About the Role
ISNAP is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Expert to drive seller acquisition and onboarding across leading eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce sales, seller onboarding, and account growth. This role is critical to expanding ISNAP's partner network and directly contributing to business revenue.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Identify, engage, and onboard sellers across diverse product categories.
Drive end-to-end seller onboarding (documentation, compliance, catalog readiness, and listing setup).
Conduct product walkthroughs and explain ISNAP's value proposition to sellers.
Collaborate with account managers and business development teams to ensure smooth seller integration.
Ensure 100% compliance with marketplace policies during onboarding.
Maintain seller relationships to drive retention and long-term growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Seller Onboarding Targets: 30 selle
rs/month.Conversion Rate: Minimum 40% from lead to onboarding.
Revenue Contribution: Onboarded sellers generating ₹12 Lakhs GMV per quarter.
Response SLAs: Initial seller response within 24 hours.
Seller Satisfaction Score: Maintain 90%+ onboarding satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce / Inside Sales / Seller On
boarding.
Proven knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
Strong communication & negotiation skills (both verbal & email).
Ability to manage sales pipelines through CRM tools.
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven personality.
