Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle tasks such as lead generation, communicating effectively with potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate guidance to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience:
    Minimum 6months of proven experience as a
    Business Development Associate
    or in a
    Sales-oriented role
    .
  • Industry Exposure:
    Prior experience in the
    EdTech sector
    will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
