Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening R1 & R2 interviews onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and expectations.
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Evaluate candidates for sales skills, target orientation, and logical reasoning.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics (applied shortlisted interviewed selected onboarded).
- Ensure strong candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
- Continuously optimize the hiring process using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales / inside sales (preferably EdTech B2C).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication in English + regional language, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage funnels, plan targets, and report performance.
- Stable career history (minimum 1 year in previous roles).
- Reliable, systematic, and data-driven approach to tasks.

Languages Known:
- Native speaker of any of these languages - Tamil - Malayalam - Kannada - Marathi - Hindi - Odia & bengali
- With Proficiency in English
