Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities while maintaining detailed records of all interactions.

- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
