Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing users to co-own luxury cars by covering as little as 8.33% of the total cost. With a no loan, no EMI, no down payment, and no rent policy, Prorata provides shared ownership for lifestyle and leisure purposes. Members form groups within a locality to co-own a car, and each member can reserve usage days through the Prorata app. After five years, the car is sold and owners receive proceeds based on their stake.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, handling customer inquiries, and guiding clients through the fractional car ownership process.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
