As we rapidly scale, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist who can lead outbound efforts, engage enterprise decision-makers, and turn conversations into opportunities.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist with 5+ years of total experience, including a strong track record in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role — best suited for professionals who thrive on consultative selling, can engage senior IT leaders, and consistently deliver results in competitive, service-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Outreach: Proactively reach out to enterprise prospects — CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads — via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Interceptica's cybersecurity offerings.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Understand each prospect's security pain points and qualify them against relevant services like cloud security, penetration testing, and IAM.
  • Value Pitching: Deliver tailored, consultative sales pitches demonstrating Interceptica's solutions' business impact.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), with meticulous follow-up and progress tracking.Team
  • Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to align messaging and client expectations.Achie
  • ve KPIs: Meet targets for outreach volume, discovery meetings booked, qualified leads, and pipeline conversion rates.
  • Stay Relevant: Keep up with cybersecurity market trends, enterprise buyer needs, and industry best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of total professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in B2B IT or cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven success in inside sales, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior IT decision-makers in medium to large enterprises.
  • Solid experience in cold calling, objection handling, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and daily pipeline discipline.
  • Excellent communication — fluent, persuasive, and client-focused.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cybersecurity sales: penetration testing, IAM, cloud security, GRC, or advisory services.
  • Familiarity with buyer pain points related to compliance, risk management, and infrastructure security.
  • Experience using sales automation tools, lead-gen platforms, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
