Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, promoting and selling GNANAVASI TECHNOLOGY's services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, nurturing leads, closing sales deals, maintaining records of interactions, and providing timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Less than 6 months of experience as a BDI
