Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting qualified leads into enrolled learners. Leads will be generated by our marketing team — your job is to engage them, understand their needs, explain course benefits, and close the sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Identify student goals, explain course details, and guide them to the right program
  • Follow up systematically with leads and maintain high conversion ratios
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently
  • Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness with marketing

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience in EdTech (preferably selling UI/UX or Data Science courses)
  • Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Telugu
    (Hindi is a plus)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • High ownership, target-driven mindset, and a hunger to grow
  • Must be
    physically present in Hyderabad
    – this is a
    full-time, on-site
    role
