Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue by converting qualified leads into enrolled learners. Leads will be generated by our marketing team — your job is to engage them, understand their needs, explain course benefits, and close the sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Identify student goals, explain course details, and guide them to the right program
- Follow up systematically with leads and maintain high conversion ratios
- Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently
- Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness with marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience in EdTech (preferably selling UI/UX or Data Science courses)
- Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles
- Excellent communication skills in
English and Telugu
(Hindi is a plus) - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- High ownership, target-driven mindset, and a hunger to grow
- Must be
physically present in Hyderabad
