**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive**
**We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Expert**:
- Experience should have 4 to 5 years as an inside sales expert from IT Industry: IT Services (Cloud and Data Engineering, Digital Engineering, Mainframe Modernization, AI/Generative AI)
- The ideal person will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, managing CRM systems, and supporting the sales cycle to close deals.
- This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization, working closely with the VP- Strategy and Growth, to identify opportunities and scale the business in global markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:

1. Lead Generation and Nurturing:_**
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

2. Prospecting and Outreach:_**
- Research potential clients across multiple markets and industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and other tools.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the concerned teams.
**_
3. Market Research:_**
- Analyze industry trends and customer needs to align with Bilvantis' offerings.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our service areas (Cloud & Data Engineering, Digital Engineering, Mainframe Modernization, AI).

4. Sales Support:_**
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to generate and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.
- Assist in RFP/RFQ processes by preparing proposals and documentation.

5. Relationship Management:_**
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, working closely with delivery teams.

6. Reporting and Analytics:_**
- Track key sales metrics and report progress weekly to the leadership team.
- Useanalytics to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience:
- 4to5years of proven experience in inside sales (preferably IT services).
- Experience selling to international clients (USA, Europe, Australia).
- Sales Skills:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- CRM and Sales Tools:
- Expertise in using any CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other lead generation tools.
- Marketing Tools:
- Technology Awareness:
- Basic understanding of Cloud, Data Engineering, Digital Engineering, Mainframe Modernization, and AI technologies is a plus.

- Exceptional listening and questioning skills to uncover client requirements and qualify leads effectively.
- Adept at leveraging CRM and analytics tools to prioritize leads, track progress, and refine outreach strategies.
