- 2-6 years of experience in inside sales.
- Previous experience in Inside sales, preferably IT product-related sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Any Graduation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating leads.
- Cold Calling.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Identifying prospects and qualifying new sales leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Keep track of the complete sales cycle.
- Communicate prospect pain points to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Should have a positive attitude.
