- To do outbound calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.
- Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective customers.
- Guide, counsel and provide information on career development programs.
- Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.
- Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.
- Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.
- Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
