Company Description bTranz Software Solutions is an ERP and Mobile Application Development company which offers a wide range of services across Oracle ERP VAT and Cloud Services along with Mobile Application Development With its presence in multiple countries it offers its services across the globe with most of their customers reside in UAE and EAST African Countries It s a company professionally managed by team of highly experienced technocrats having over a decade of experience Our innovative qualified and experienced team brings together knowledge experience and processes which enables us to deliver a solution which is the best value proposition for our customers For more information please logon to https www btranz com Job Title Inside Sales Executive - ERP Solutions Experience 1-4 Years in Oracle ERP or IT Software Domain IT Software Work Schedule 5 days Sunday to Thursday with Friday and Saturday off Location Hyderabad Work from Office Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our ERP project initiatives and drive vendor engagement and proposal coordination The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing inbound leads coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations related to ERP implementations Key Responsibilities Lead Management Inside Sales - Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads for Oracle ERP and enterprise IT solutions - Draft product presentations and demos in coordination with presales technical teams - Maintain CRM records and follow up on sales pipeline activities Proposal Coordination - Draft review and submit RFP RFQ responses in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams - Ensure timely documentation compliance with client requirements and Keep record of documents - Track proposal status and maintain master data with status and client response Vendor Registration Compliance - Facilitate vendor onboarding and registration with enterprise clients - Manage documentation for Vendor Registration Required Skills Qualifications - Proven experience in inside sales preferably in Oracle ERP SaaS or IT services - Familiarity with Oracle SAP or other ERP platforms is highly desirable - Strong understanding of vendor registration processes with large enterprises or government entities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal drafting and client interaction - Proficiency in CRM tools- Zoho CRM MS Office and document management systems - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications MBA Additional Information Incentives Sales commission on every closed deal
