
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Ensure the CEO is prepared for all engagements.
- **Travel Coordination**: Plan and organize business travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
- **Project Management**: Assist with special projects, research, and report preparation. Track and follow up on project deliverables.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials and documents are ready for meetings.
- **Office Management**: Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations. Manage office supplies and handle various office-related tasks.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
