Executive Support and Coordination: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication and Correspondence Management: Facilitate seamless communication flow by drafting and editing correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO and leadership team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and board members, through effective communication.
- Project Management and Strategic Initiatives: Support the CEO and leadership team in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, including research, analysis, and coordination of cross-functional teams to drive organizational objectives forward.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality with the utmost discretion, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical standards and organizational integrity in all interactions and activities.
- Assist on all administrative matters and procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, purchasing of goods and services, and any other routine tasks.
- Assume such responsibilities as are assigned by the Organisation from time to time.

Schedule:
