**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile **Executive Assistant to the CEO** who can manage executive-level tasks while also supporting business operations through research, analysis, and strategic coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO on a wide range of internal and external initiatives, including communication with investors, clients, and partners.

You will be central to ensuring that the CEO’s time, priorities, and decisions are optimized, while also contributing to planning, research, and performance tracking activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and task flow to ensure efficiency and alignment with business priorities.
- Prepare agendas, notes, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate communication with clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with confidential and time-sensitive matters, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Organize board/investor meetings and executive documentation.

**Business & Strategic Support**:

- Conduct research on competitors, markets, and business trends to support decision-making.
- Assist in creating investor decks, business cases, reports, and internal briefs.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance updates or dashboards as needed.
- Coordinate follow-ups across departments on key action items or project updates.
- Contribute to planning and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Analysis, Strategy, or Operations.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional demeanour with integrity and discretion.

- Comfort in working with senior stakeholders, including clients and investors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (e.g., startups or high-growth teams).
- Interest in business strategy and leadership development.
- Willingness to go beyond fixed responsibilities when needed.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
