
Customer Service Executive

Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
l Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
l Overseeing the customer service process.
l Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
l Creating policies and procedures.
l Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
l Identifying hardware and software solutions.
l Troubleshooting technical issues.
l Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
l Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
l Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
l Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
l Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
l Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
l Managing multiple cases at one time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to lead a team
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
*
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
