**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and work with Zoho CRM, understanding its features and capabilities.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Zoho CRM for client projects.
- Work with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to customize the CRM interface and develop web-based solutions.
- Assist in designing and developing CRM dashboards, forms, and custom pages using front-end technologies.
- Manage and manipulate CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM usage, APIs, and integrations.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to optimize CRM processes.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards for performance analysis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development and CRM customization.
- Familiarity with API integration and working with RESTful APIs.
- A strong interest in learning web development, CRM tools, and business automation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting or other scripting languages used for Zoho automation.
- Good experience in Front-end and Server-Side Programming, Integration experience with REST, OAuth, SOAP APIs and Web Services is a plus.
- Knowledge in PHP is a plus.
