Role Overview:

Aster DM Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated Executive – Marketing with expertise in analytics, performance marketing, and CRM systems. This role will be responsible for executing data-driven strategies across paid search, display, SEO, email marketing, and automation — with minimal focus on social media content management.

The ideal candidate will leverage analytics and CRM tools to enhance customer journeys, improve ROI, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Email Marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics) for lead tracking, segmentation, and automation.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurturing, retargeting).
  • Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and funnel analysis to maximize conversions.
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM for accurate attribution, lead scoring, and sales pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver timely performance reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR/data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and CRM.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).
  • Proven success in SEM, SEO, Display Ads, and Email Marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize budgets for ROI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot CRM certifications.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for advanced analytics.
  • Industry experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or B2C preferred.
