**RS SolarCAD Group** is expanding We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced **Sales Executive** who has **good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM platforms - HubSpot and Zoho CRM (must-have requirement)**. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in dealing with U.S. and Canadian clients in the **Solar, AEC, or Engineering sectors**.

**Role Overview**

As a Sales Executive, you will drive our client acquisition strategy across North America, managing full sales cycles and leveraging CRM tools to ensure efficient pipeline management and top-tier client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential clients in the U.S. and Canada
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, EPCs, and contractors
- Present customized proposals and explain RS SolarCAD Group's services confidently
- **Use CRM platforms (HubSpot & Zoho CRM)** to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
- Regularly follow up with leads and ensure high client satisfaction
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for estimates, timelines, and deliverables

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Solar, AEC, or Engineering industries
- Proven success with U.S. and Canadian clients
- **Strong, practical knowledge of HubSpot and Zoho CRM is mandatory**:

- Excellent communication, proposal-building, and deal-closing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- US shift
