
Sponsorship Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our brand and event objectives.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential sponsors.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our organization.
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the sponsor and the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Track and analyze the performance of sponsorship campaigns to inform future strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, media sales, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
