**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain automation journeys in LeadSquared across sales, diet, and wellness
workflows.
- Set up lead routing, scoring logic, and internal notification systems for multiple verticals.
- Audit and troubleshoot automation workflows regularly to ensure smooth performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement CRM-related process enhancements.
- Document automation logic and create SOPs for reference and training purposes.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in LeadSquared (preferred) or similar CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with automation building, lead lifecycle logic, and CRM tools.
- Understanding of lead management processes and user journey workflows.
- Good command over tools like Excel/Google Sheets, especially formula-based logic handling.
- Basic knowledge of webhooks/APIs is an added advantage
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple use cases simultaneously.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
